Welcome to the Monthly Newsletter

Special Edition, December 2020- Top 5 Books I read this year

2020 was a weird year, to say the least. One of the few good things was more time to read books. I managed to read about 60 books this year, and of those, there are my five favorites, in no particular order:

  1. Leading without Authority: How the New Power of Co-Elevation Can Break Down Silos, Transform Teams, and Reinvent Collaboration, by Keith Ferrazi
  2. Personality Isn’t Permanent Break Free from Self-Limiting Beliefs and Rewrite Your Story, by Benjamin Hardy
  3. The Passion Paradox: A Guide to Going All In, Finding Success, and Discovering the Benefits of an Unbalanced Life, by Brad Stulbeg & Stave Magness
  4. The Second Mountain: The Quest for a Moral Life , by David Brooks
  5. You’re Not Listening: What You’re Missing and Why It Matters, by Kate Murphy

I hope you enjoyed this edition of the Newsletter. Every month, in the regular edition, I will share with you one leadership or management book that I am reading, and tell you what I learned from it.
